Pastor Chris is the founding and senior pastor. He is the primary teaching pastor and is responsible for overseeing and setting the direction for the church.

Pastor Jeff is passionate about carrying out the vision of Discovery Church to see the people of the Greater Boston Area encounter God. He is responsible for the direction & oversight of media, sound & technology as well as the management of the business affairs of Discovery Church.

Pastor Billy's driving force in life is to help people take next steps in their relationship with God. He is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of Connection Groups as well as person to person mentoring.

Pastor Scott is passionate about seeing young people grow in their relationship with God. He is responsible for the leadership and development of all 6th-12th grade ministries.
