2:twenty

2:twenty is the student ministry at Discovery Church. The name "2:twenty" comes from the Bible verse Galatians 2:20 - "I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me."

2:twenty exists to provide a weekly fun opportunity for students in the South Shore area to learn about Jesus, faith, and the Bible as well as the opportunity to build healthy friendships and learn to grow together. 2:twenty is definitely a fun and exciting thing to be a part of and our mission is this - we love teenagers and desire to see them grow to be all God created them to be!

Time / Location

Sunday nights, 6PM @ the church

For the next 3 weeks 2:Twenty will not be meeting at the regular youth group time. We are going through a series called Get Dirty during which we will be participating in our community. This series is geared towards serving, so our students and any other students that would like to be involved will be meeting up after church on Sunday afternoons and going out into the community to work and share the love of Jesus to others.
